החלום היה שהבית יהיה מרווח ופרקטי, נקי במראה ומוצף בתאורה טבעית, חיבור בין החוץ לפנים ויחד עם זאת לשמור על חללים פתוחים, בקומה השנייה תוכננו מספר פינות אינטימיות ובקומת הילדים חדר משחקים וקולנוע עם מטבחון מהממם. בית בנוי 250 מ”ר על מגרש של חצי דונס הגובל עם חורשה מהממת.
